The Inferno Pitching Academy offers year round training pitching sessions for all ages. Choose from a small group session to one on one individual sessions. We specialize in offering age appropriate drills and training techniques. In the ``New to Pitching`` FIRE sessions we start with the basic, slowly add more drills and we focus on drills that are simple. As pitchers master the basics, new drills are slowly presented to help the ladies overcome the newness of learning a skill and the fear of learning a new technique. Inferno Sessions build on the 8U training of the basics. Each monthly session new concepts are introduced along with implementing strategy that is based on situations. Bodyweight strengthening training rotator/back and shoulder mobility exercises are a focal point as the pitcher's progress to further age-related increases in pitching distances. (ex: 10U- 12U = 5 Ft back)

Whether you want to introduce your daughter to the basics of pitching or are building on last year's success, we offer grouping (PODS) for all pitchers at any skill level.
12U Pitchers POD : Spring and Summer 2024
Change from 10U to 12U pitching Distance. Incorporate leg strengthen sessions and new movement pitches Introducing more movement pitches and refining Change up form.
Catcher Training Sessions: Spring and Summer 2024 sessions
New to Catching or interested in build on your catcher form, join the Catching POD for Catcher Specific Training. The goal is to help those young Catchers that maybe just need one correction - to improve the confidence of your their game. Will Cover Form, blocking, framing etc..
